I like this piece. Even the one thing I would normally object to, the copyright along the bottom, is acceptable and adds balance.

You've desaturated the original into a good b&w, then restored the colors to the eyes (I use the history brush for that). It's an effective technique. The cat is probably a brown/black tabby.

Your logo takes up the bottom ⅛ of the picture and distracts where the "h" intrudes into the cat's jaw. The transparency of your logo is a redeeming factor, but I'd like to see it less intrusive.

I feel like I'm talking about your logo so much because the more I look at your work, the more distracting it becomes and the more I wish you handled it differently (I don't mean to go on about this; I really like your image, that aside).

I'd like to see more of the cat's head, which you could do by removing the logo; as it is, it (the logo) has to be considered as part of the image because it fills what would otherwise be empty space. Or you could have included more of your subject.

The eyes pull at me and the stylizing is effective. I'd love to see a modified version of this with more cat and the logo small, and off to the side - or eliminated.
